Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST) works together with community partners to provide a mental healthcare network for clients and caregivers.

CREST focuses on outreach and provides psychoeducation and screening for dementia and other mental health conditions in persons aged 40 and above. Some of the talks and workshops conducted include, “Staying Connected with People with Dementia” and “Let’s Talk about Dementia”.

Through our online programmes and physical community outreach, our CREST teams have increased awareness of dementia and mental health conditions in the community with programmes.

The Community Intervention Team (COMIT) specialises in social reintegration of persons with mental health issues through psychosocial interventions and case management services.

We provide education, training and support to individuals aged 18 and above to enable them to live well in the community and continue to pursue their aspirations. We also provide support to their caregivers to maintain their personal wellbeing and to provide appropriate care to the person facing mental health challenges.
