VCS is committed to enhancing the standards and level of professional capability in our agency and the sector. We are excited to present our third Supervision of Supervision Symposium on 07 April 2021.
This year, the symposium expands our lens from developing the capacity and competency of individuals to building resilience in agencies and systems.
During the symposium, our speakers, Dr Michael Cull and Ms Yogeswari Munisamy would be sharing on how we can enhance resilience of our workers, agencies and the sector through supervision of supervision. We would also be introducing SSIT-R, a tool developed by Dr Michael Cull and his team. The VCS team would also be sharing preliminary results of the impact of adoption of SSIT-R on our staff and the whole agency.
We cordially invite all social service practitioners to join us in this symposium.
