An event every day that begins at 9:00 am, repeating until 31-10-2020

Piece of Mine is a Mental Wellness Campaign by VCS, in-conjunction with World Mental Health Day 2020, that aims to increase mental health awareness and to provide a platform for individuals to share their experience with mental health on social media.

The number of people turning to social media in search of mental health and grief support has been increasing and our intention is to encourage the existing community on social media to continue supporting one another, spreading their support even wider and for those who have been β€˜invisible’ to seek appropriate help. We also want to highlight that physical distance should not hold us back from caring for the people around us.
