VCS-NCCS SUPPORT GROUP: Rediscovering Resources Within; Building Self-Resilience

VCS is partnering with National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) on online support group programme for persons with chronic medical conditions.

“Rediscovering Resources Within; Building Self-Resilience” support group comprises of psyco-education and sharing session for self-rediscovery of one’s inner strengths that are often lost when illness strikes.

Eligibility criteria:
1. English speaking
2. The Individual has access to online video conferencing software via phone or computer
4. The individual is open to participating and sharing their experiences in an online group setting.
