Heart to Heart

Heart to Heart is a community outreach initiative by Whispering Hearts Family Service Centre. We will be reaching out to the residents residing at blocks 967A and 967B.

Through the event, we hope to be able to know the residents better and build strong community relationships between residents and service providers and also between residents themselves. The event will comprise of fun activities for residents to bond together and also psycho-educational talks.
