Tamil Counselling Helpline: Facebook Live Supporting Migrant Workers

Viriya Community Services and SDI Academy collaborated with Project Dorm (an initiative by the team managing five recreation centres for foreign workers namely; Cochrane, Kranji, Penjuru, Terusan and Tuas South Recreation Centre) to deliver Facebook live sessions on 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 for tamil speaking Migrant Workers.
As the covid-19 is constantly evolving, migrant workers are also trying their best to cope with the isolation, battling fear seeing their room-mates falling sick and job security uncertainty.
We hope to reach out to as many migrant workers as possible who may need the extra support.
