Viriya Therapy Centre Referral Form
Please complete this form so that we can assign our counsellor/psychologist to see you based on your need(s). You will be contacted within 3 working days from the point of application.
Therapy Fees

*After-hours surcharge of $20 for evening appointment. This also applies for those who are paying subsidised rate.
*Additional surcharge of $20 if you choose to see a specific counsellor/psychologist.
Assessment Fees
Child (7 to 18 years old): $2,300
Adult (Above 18 years old): $1,300
Note:
- If there is a need to investigate multiple neurodevelopmental conditions, this can be discussed during the initial clinical interview with the psychologist. In such cases, the assessment fees will be $2,800 (child) and $2,000 (adult).
- Child assessments come with a comprehensive report.
- Adult assessments include a summary report with key findings and recommendations. A comprehensive report, typically used for official applications, is available at an additional charge.
More Information
- Subsidy for fees is considered based on income criteria and on a case-by-case basis. The approval is subject to the decision of the VCS Management. The subsidy does NOT apply if you choose to see a specific counsellor/psychologist.
- o request for subsidy, please write to VTC@viriya.org.sg ("Request for Subsidy”). Pl submit the latest payslip for ALL parties (including parents who are requesting therapy for their child/youth) who will attend the sessions. If anyone is unemployed, to submit the CPF contribution history for the past 6 months.
- Duration for a session is normally 1 hour. After the first hour, additional fee is pro-rated by the subsequent 0.5-hour block. (e.g., 1.5-hour will be charged for session that exceeds 60 minutes but ends by 1.5-hour).
- Please note that VTC is unable to accept clients with active/high risk of self-harm/suicide.
- Sessions can be conducted virtually or at VCS centres located at 72 Shrewsbury Road, 646 Jurong West Street 61, 142 Potong Pasir Avenue 3.
