The stress and anxiety worrying about COVID-19 may have impacted our lives, causing us to lose sense of security or struggling emotionally during isolation – you are not alone.

VTC is continuing its efforts to support in providing free counselling helpline for anyone who is facing some challenges in life.

You can reach us at 6256 1311, Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.

We will get through this together. ❤️

With the outbreak of COVID-19 infections in the workers’ dormitories, migrant workers in Singapore are greatly impacted and face stress and anxiety about their health and livelihood.

We are working with various parties to fill the gap in supporting the emotional and mental health needs of our migrant workers during this period through the Tamil Counselling Helpline. We hope to reach out to as many migrant workers as possible who may need the extra support.

If you are feeling anxious or stressed because of COVID-19, or know of a Tamil-speaking person who may need support, speak to our Tamil speaking counsellors. Drop a WhatsApp text with your name and contact number to 𝟴𝟴𝟲𝟴 𝟯𝟱𝟭𝟭 or email us at 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁@𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘆𝗮.𝗼𝗿𝗴.𝘀𝗴 and our counsellors will call you back soonest possible.

Spread the word that help is available and they do not have to go through this alone.
