Finding the Calm is an online 12-session group therapy for individuals who are facing challenges with anxiety, and who wish to develop skills to better manage your anxiety symptoms.
1. Anyone 21 years old and above
2. Able to understand and communicate in English
3. Able to commit to all 12 session
4. Have an electronic device with working camera and microphone to facilitate the online sessions
5. Suitability screen will be conducted to understand your needs before confirmation of participation
