Grief is a unique experience and you may find it hard to live your life without the deceased. You may appear lost and feel that you are losing all hopes.
Voice of Grief will provide you with a safe environment to express your thoughts and feelings, explore little steps to manage daily life, and continue a bond with the deceased.
Individuals who are ready to talk about their grief in a group setting are welcome to join us.
1. Anyone above 21 years who has lost a loved one to death for at least 3 months
2. Can understand and communicate in English
3. Ready to talk about their grief experiences in an online group setting of 6 to 8 people
4. The individual is not suffering from any significant mental or emotional issues (*screening will be conducted)
