The sessions provides a safe and protected platform for participants to talk about their concerns and also find ways to cope better.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Aged 21 and above
2. English speaking
3. Ready to share their struggles with managing their moods in a group setting
4. Has access to online video conferencing software via phone or computer

*Please note that additional screening would be done by our VCS personnel.
